Dr. Douglas Wingate, Founder and President of Life Christian University, has a powerful salvation testimony - and a lifetime of inspirational encounters with God. He has experienced miracles of healing, favor, provision, and guidance, both in his personal life and in his ministry. God has given Dr. Wingate a world vision and a passion for educating the ministers of tomorrow. Over the years, LCU has grown into a network of campuses in churches across the United States and around the world. LCU has a mandate from God to train a million ministers to reach a billion souls. A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Wingate holds degrees from Faith Theological Seminary, Moody Theological Seminary, and National Bible College. He lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Susan. They have three adult children.
