Charles N. Brower has served on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal since 1983, with a brief leave in 1987 to act as Deputy Special Counsellor to the U.S. President. He previously held the role of Acting Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State. From 2014 to 2022, he was the most frequently appointed American Judge ad hoc at the International Court of Justice, and also served as Judge ad hoc at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

Lee M. Caplan is a partner at ArentFox Schiff LLP, leading its International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practice. He specializes in investment and public international law, previously served in the U.S. State Department, co-authored a major commentary on the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and clerked for Judge Brower.

Jeremy K. Sharpe is an international arbitrator and academic, serving as a Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore and Senior Fellow at Columbia Law School. He sits on the UN Register of Damages board and is an editor of the ICSID Review. Previously, he was a partner at Shearman & Sterling, held senior legal roles at the U.S. State Department, and clerked for Judge Brower at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.

Jarrod Wong is a Distinguished Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Global Center at McGeorge School of Law. A leading scholar in international dispute resolution, he focuses on legitimacy and reform in Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS). He has held roles with the American Society of International Law, UNCITRAL, and the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, and previously clerked for Judge Brower at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.
